You're probably here to find yourself a new property or business, so please use the Property Lookup tool to do so! If you don't understand anything you just read, you're probably in the wrong place!
The SAVRP Real Estate Team are not your in-character realtors. Our role is to ensure that properties within SAVRP remain fair, consistent, and realistic. Think of us as a Land Authority, Property Oversight Commission, or Department of Urban Planning. We are administrators of the system, not advisors.
The guides are to be followed as rules for your person and your character. They are OOC and IC at the same time, so let them guide your RP and give you ideas. Please don't reference them directly as "rules", but rather "Urban Planning Framework ", "Property Standards Code" or "Land Use Ordinance ".
The Property Lookup Tool and Property Logger, from which the data derives, are to be treated as In-Character tools. Think of it as the "Digital Land Registry" or "Yellow Pages". The information within these tools may be used to inform decisions you make In-Character. Additionally, the pricing information is not final - the price listed is merely a log of what the property was last valued at.
It is your Character who is opening a ticket with the Real Estate Team, not your person. There are of course exceptions where an issue may be affecting your real-life situation, however please respect this and do not use meta information to open a property ticket (e.g. "x player was removed from the server so I want their property" - no!)
A Character may have only one property request ticket open at any one time. This ticket is solely for the acquisition of one property, and any subsequent properties a character wishes to own, must wait until the ticket is closed, or until advised otherwise by a Real Estate Team Member, before opening a ticket for another property.
A Property ownership request will only be entertained by Real Estate Team Members where the Property is vacant at the time of ticket submission. Where this is not the case, the ticket may be closed with no discourse.
Please have the property you wish to acquire in mind when you open your ticket. Whilst we may offer suggestions, it is preferred that you have a first and second choice ready when you open the ticket.
Your RP - Your Property: We live in a Roleplay world where we turn up at the airport with $5000 and a dream. We aim for the properties we manage to give players aspiration and character progression. If owning a mansion in Vinewood is your character's arc, then expect it to be a long journey and expensive. If your character is a down and out bum, then consider keeping your property humble and representative of that. Oh and PLEASE don't turn your 2 bedroom flat into a distribution centre!!
